Lawn Robot Return Policy: Key Facts and Conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes over the delivered goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will refund the money for the goods (but not the shipping costs) no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used to place the order, and you will not be charged for such compensation.

Return conditions:

In order to be able to return the product, please make sure that:
The product was purchased within the last 14 days
The product is in its original (or appropriately safe) packaging
The product being returned must include all accessories and gifts (if any).
The product will not be accepted back, exchanged for another product, and the money will not be refunded if:
a) the product has been disassembled (the robot, charging station, etc. are opened);
b) the product has been damaged;
c) its functional properties have not been preserved;
d) it has lost its commercial appearance;
e) parts have been removed from it.
f) the new product has been used (has lost its commercial appearance)

Return of goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods to us.

Politics

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items upon return. We therefore recommend an insured and tracked postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of return.

Delivery information

  • When ordering the goods, the Customer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

  • The Goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative. The delivery (transportation) fee for the Goods is paid after the order is placed. If no other person is specified in the order to receive the Goods, the Customer must accept them.

  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in Lithuania within 2-5 business days after payment for the order, unless otherwise agreed. 3-10 business days to other countries.

  • The Customer shall carefully check the quantity and quality of the Goods at the moment of transfer of the Goods. When accepting the Goods from the courier, the Customer must sign the delivery documents of the Goods, confirming that the Goods have been delivered to him.

  • The Customer must state all comments regarding obvious defects of the Goods in writing upon acceptance of the Goods. The Customer may state claims regarding hidden defects of the Goods in writing no later than within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the Goods. Otherwise, it is considered that the Customer is satisfied with the goods and has no complaints against the Seller.

  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the address and within the time limits specified in the order. If it becomes apparent that the Seller cannot deliver the Goods within the specified time limit, he shall immediately inform the Customer thereof. The Customer agrees that, as an exception, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Seller is exempt from liability for violation of the delivery terms of the Goods if they are not delivered to the Customer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Customer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Customer.

  • Orders are accepted and processed daily.
